30 June 2012: IPO completes a record-breaking first 6 months of 2012.

May 2012: IPO recruits an Asia Pacific Director of Contracts, based in Singapore for a Nasdaq-listed, BPO Software company.

23 March 2012: IPO announces Warren McIntosh will be travelling to the USA in May and June to attend industry seminars, meet clients, meet candidates and further evaluate IPO's plans to open an office in the San Francisco area. Warren said "I am looking forward to being in the offices of many of the smaller technology companies we are working with. I want to meet people at all levels and see for myself what each company is really like. Candidates don't want thousands of messages from recruiters - they want recruiters to really know and understand their clients. Spending enough time in our client's USA head offices to meet the people and understand the products and culture is an investment we want to make".

17 March 2011: IPO Strategy congratulates Warren McIntosh on ten excellent years employment. Warren joined IPO as a Researcher in March 2001. His dedication and skill has been rewarded with a series of promotions to Senior Researcher, then Search Consultant, then Senior Consultant and now Director of Asia Pacific. Since completing his first Japan Country Manager search for Plumtree Software, Warren has successfully placed another 15 Japan Country Managers. Warren has also recruited at VP, Country Manager and mid-levels across eleven countries in Asia Pacific.
16 March 2011: IPO Strategy announces that Anthony LaFrenais will be relocating to Europe in April 2011 to establish a permanent office there. "I am delighted to be going back to where my recruitment career began", said Anthony. "Whilst I am very happy with our growth and success in Asia Pacific, European and Americas work from our existing clients has been increasing in the last few years and the time is right for me to return". The European office will be responsible for searches across EMEA, North America and South America.
